Not in the generic sense, Time travel is possible but in a different manner as to not technically be called time travel. Instead for it to work without the problem of a paradox we must follow the idea that Novikovs' Self Consistency Principle is right. Therefore the Multiple Worlds Interpretation is also right. So continuing with this information it is possible to shift world-lines where the only difference between the two is time itself. So in a sense it can be called time travel but technically is not. Instead we are shifting to a world-line where it just so happens to be in the past.
