Hey AR... In 1995 I was transferred from MN to TN...'A culture shock'. Everything was BBQ pork and corn bread. Being from MN, I wasn't use to corn bread everywhere and thought it was a pancake. Needless to say, I didn't ask too many questions about anything until I got use to the changes of my surroundings. Corn bread is the official bread of the south.
