Great info,
I have some bad news for the people that think this is not a big deal.
In the mid 70's I was privileged to be informed about the research being conducted in MD on a wave weapon.
The problem as I can tell is that a wave weapon will be able to control the human body functions and maybe even the thinking of the person.
If you think of the human mind as being connected to the whole nervous system you can see how mind control may work.
Our brain operates on a chemical/electrical energy source that functions much like a very complex computer.
If there is a way to read the program within the brain/computer we should be able to rewrite the software using the known operation system.
This is what our government was working on in the mid 70's.
This could be done remotely using a skin penetrating wave gun...
