Who else suffers from Migraines?

My methods for relief don't always work. Tonight, nothing works, not even migraine medication.

Caffeine - not tonight
Salt - don't have any Doritos, I'm dieting, but they sometimes help
Ibuprofen - we'll see

back to the dark.

My boyfriend gets them now and then, he usually takes Neurofen for it and is fine after a while, pretty sure it's a form of Ibuprofen too?

Ibuprofen knocked it down about 50%. Time for sleep.

What I don't understand is why the same "cure" for a migraine doesn't always work the next time. Many times, it's just a waiting game. Got another one today.

I get them about twice a year... And NOTHING can make it go away... About 12 hours of agony... If I had a drill last time I would drill a hole in my head...

I know the feeling. Mine vary in intensity. Thank god this one is gone.
