You can connect to those Aliens using your telepathy but must have proper high level human intent and proposal to get anything done. This is similar to what Indians do in their Prayers as they learned that long ago in Ramayana and Mahabharata but today's Indian know nothing about the structure....but their Puja process does just that. The bad part is those Puja activities no longer work in a global scale. So, you have to modify that to the current level. Then all will be well....
