Hi everyone I have always been fascinated by time travel and the paranormal! I had ghost experiences off and on in my life as well as ufo sightings but I've never astro traveled which I would really love to learn so if anyone knows how to can you give me some advice please? I've been getting into meditating and practice daily thinking that might get me to have an out of body experience but I really don't know what I'm doing! Anyways just thought I'd say hi!
