North Dakota Pipeline

So this has been going on for a while. Here's a quick synopsis of what's actually taking place.

The Dakota Access Pipeline or Bakken pipeline is a 1,172-mile-long (1,886 km) underground oil pipeline project in the United States. The pipeline is being planned by Dakota Access, LLC, a subsidiary of the Dallas, Texascorporation Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. It would begin in the Bakken oil fields in Northwest North Dakota and would travel in a more or less straight line south-east, through South Dakota and Iowa, and end at the oil tank farm near Patoka, Illinois. The pipeline is due for delivery on January 1, 2017.[3]

This has caused an uproar among the Native Americans, and the residents who are going to be affected by this pipeline. Native Americans especially since it's happening in standing rock, and the construction is going over their ancestor's graves, and the treaty from April 29th 1868 is being broken. Not only are treaties being broken, but human rights violations is taking place, and nothing is happening. No big media outlets are there reporting on it. If CNN, and other big News outlets were there none of this would take place. People wouldn't be put in Dog kennels, and have a number on their forearm

The pipeline will go through sacred tribal lands, and it will infect the water that millions depend on. From watching videos on youtube from multiple channels.
