I believe the Habers tried. They had a company in sunbiz.org -- I apologize, but it has been many years and I can't remember the name. I've looked and it is apparently no longer listed, either. Larry Haber was an entertainment Lawyer. Ren dug this up years ago. I believe it was to be an animation due to the title of the company. My memory is spotty. Sorry. But as for Hollywood, they'd butcher the story. They'd probably make John a female and add things to the story that don't exist.
