My money is on these creatures being somehow inter-dimensional. They seem visible when in flight but no one seems to be able to catch them on a surface or while resting. I remember seeing them as a child on Wildlife documentaries not knowing back then that would become such an anomaly.

Watched the whole video. Some new footage I haven't seen before. They seem to have their own intelligence and liable to pop up anywhere. The more advanced our camera/videos get, the more of this mysterious world we see. I agree, I think they are inter-dimensional.
