This just looks like standard copper tubing. Several sizes are available from 1/8" on up. I don't know where you could get it premade though. It's not hard to work with. Easily bendable by hand.

Looks like copper tubing to me. You should be able to buy it at any hardware store, or a Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.

You won't find it pre-made though, I bet.
But the stuff's easy to bend into that (or some other) shape.
It already comes curled up so it shouldn't be too difficult to shape like your pic.
