So far, Kiev's military are the only ones shooting at civilians, so this was almost definitely done by them. But that won't matter to the government-controlled media in the US.

Isn't it amazing how we citizens of different countries can talk peacefully while our governments battle it out?

Then people without the power-trip mentality should be leaders. Sadly, that never happens, though.
