If these 'evil' countries don't already have what they want...they will find a way to get it. You can put all the restrictions on them you want, they will just go to countries that don't have these restrictions and make their purchase. With tons of their oil money available...it is the money talks and bullshit walks senerio. We have the false sense of security here, which is what the bad guys want.
