I understand your confusion. I have this round-shaped scar in the center of my stomach. It's really deep, so I definitely would have felt the injury. Showed up out of nowhere a week ago. I think it's from the stone that the reptilians sent me through UPS.

(Now that was just uncalled for. Bad Sanyam, bad!)
