That's^^^good advice.
I lay on the couch, get comfortable and just let the feeling arrive to me and
if it's going to happen, the envisioning doesn't take very long and
I usually keep a pad of note paper and a pen near so I can write down
what comes to me as fast as possible before it floats away.
I couldn't tell you what
kind of meditation....I have never thoroughly read any one book on the subject.
It runs in my family and I have just followed through with the feel of it as it arrives.
If it happens...YOU will know when to try meditation.
It took me awhile but, I started soooo long ago I cannot accurately say how long.
@Magic , keep in mind that this is just an IDEA of mine
which may or may not be THE answer for you.
This meditation can be highly personal for you......IF it comes to you,
it will be like an awakened dream. Keep things to yourself at first.
Sort it through.
