I finally watch over a 1000 time the episode and spend 100 hours, deciphering the machine and context

here is the recipe
and why the brossard experiment slightly work

two tesla coil at 1K volt each,
a gravity field generator, ( a huge ass tub machine with liquid mercury spin inside at 5000rpm,
a degaussing effect system around the ship,
a board of frequency generator who control the emission open around the ship
and the human factor

as simple as this , make this in a smaller form and voila you got yourself a time machine, also using a cellphone as a computer system , and it will make it simpler

Rogers, this is whats missing a gravity field generator, wich cause a localise field of gravity to bend space and light, i dont about protection to any outside radiation or where youll end up, ( in space or still on the planet

Time is not much of an option on my end nowaday since 2013 ive been working two job , money is not my issue i make enough but i have no free time working two job and running my little operation, i know of one person that can make this, but will see, i will do more research, cheers sir and take care
