U.S. Government StarGate Project

Since we now know that the U.S. Government had or has a StarGate Research Project I was just wondering how they would keep the gate open since they would need negative energy. And I just thought now, what if it is very simple? Just make two Casmir Effect TUBES/CYLINDERS/RINGS. There would be negative energy "surrounding" the entire opening....and if that didn't work try adding a very fast rotation, and perhaps a slight wobble and oscillation and perhaps the energy would swirl around like Professor Mallett's Coffee...and thereby open a wormhole.

If the red and yellow circles are Casimir Hoops (loops/tubes/circles) would the tunnel remain unaffected if they were spun at the same speed (different speeds/ in different directions)?

Scientists have created a microscopic sphere and set it awhirl at a blistering 600 million rotations per minute.

* Yes, it is very small, but spinning like that inside a "Casimir Hoop" (*CN) might even gets Space-Time's attention.

Then there is....

The fastest-spinning manmade object has been created in a lab at Purdue University. This microscopic rotor is made up of two silica nanoparticles stuck together to form a "dumbbell," and by hitting it with laser light the team has sent it spinning at a blistering 60 billion rpm.
