I honestly think your on the wrong page on this one, yes extreme in the sense of we will punish these people for crimes maybe not committed, or said to be committed for deterrent reasons.

I really dont think its maybe what you think it is... but that my opinion.

The reason for it depends who you ask. If you ask the Q freaks it's to house a whole bunch of
people disloyal to Trump and the nation if you ask some people they'll tell you it's house
all the american citizens in some kind of Nazi like purge.
Others say it's just to house radical Islamic terrorists.
Or all of the above.

It's probly just there because........it's there.
