I put a thread on here about a month ago entitled 'Rods' - Search it, there an hour long movie that explains it far better than I could.

..but basically Rods are long creatures (between a couple of inches and a meter in length) that appear to have an ability to flip between dimensions. They appear and disappear seemingly at will. If you can't find the thread just YouTube 'Rods'. They're worth a look.

Although interesting, they look nothing like that in this video.

Upon examining the video more closely, I now believe that it is a blimp with a couple of flares going off.

I seen this video before. It just looks like a Goodyear Blimp to me.

That's what I thought until I saw the flash of light and the two light balls falling.

Very intresting, so I looked it up...2011 UFO Sao Paulo, Brazil and found info suggesting that it was part of leaked advertising footage and the UFO was computer generated.
Who knows...will the real alien please land and step forward.
