I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. If it all happened again and happened in exactly the same way I wouldn't be disappointed at all.

It's not the destination, it's all about the journey!

I have to agree with Snake. Even though I had a very sad teenage years from age 14-18 ( in and out of foster homes, sometimes not knowing where I would sleep after school, to almost thinking about ending it all)

I hung in there and endured through the pain and loneliness.

Going through that part of my life's journey led me several states away and now in my 30's I'm completely at peace, in love with my little family and happy. If I tried to change anything about my heartbreaking past, it may not lead me to where I am now. I wouldn't change anything. My soul is stronger now because of my journey.
