aliens dont use old radio wave communications otherwise we be getting them from all over the galaxy there form of communications it totally different

You overlooked the Universe is full of hydrogen, which aliens would also know...Therefore we and the aliens will use the resonant frequency of hydrogen which is 1420.4mhz, to transmit radio waves on, which we already do...

Once we understand quantum entanglement, we will be capable of transmitting and receiving information immediately from everywhere around the Universe...Maybe those aliens are waiting for us guys to catch up on that..
