Reverse engineering a circuit that contains, 2 on/off switches, an electrolytic capacitor, 2 potentiometers and a piezo transducer??

Ok, this is how you do it...get a piezo transducer, 2 potentiometers, 1 electrolytic capacitor and 2 on/off switches, or perhaps you meant the Flux Capacitor that was used in the Delorian Car??..See if you can spot it in this picture ::
Oh, there are actually 2 flux capacitors in this particular De Lorian, one for going forward in time, the other for going back in time
