Time Does Not Conquer All

So @PaulaJedi, believe it or not, I continued to think about what time could or could not conquer. I could not think of anything that time actually does.
Time is not real. Time itself does not even move. We do.
There is only now. Time can't pass us by, but if we stand still - it seems to.
If we hurry up time goes faster. If we slow way down, time crawls.
If we count the minutes, we can feel every single one of them.
If we do something we love doing, hours can pass without our notice.

We don't buy time, but we do spend it.
We can save time, but we can't amass our savings.
We can't hoard time, but we can waste it.
We can savor time, but we can't taste it.

Time is only a reference. A marker. Our delineations, in increments of moments and days and years, is an obsessive thing we must do if we want to chronicle what we have accomplished in our progression from one Now to the next Now.
