Blind River's Ahead - by 10 Minutes I don't think the follow-up article was put online. If it was, I can't seem to find it in the archives. I know that it was in the paper a couple days later though, and that the explanation was very similar to what I said.

Blind River's Ahead - by 10 Minutes I live in the Sault, and it turns out it was the power. Clocks run on a certain frequency and Blind River power was switched ahead a few hertz and it sped up the clocks. Or so I gathered from the article I read.
