The difficulty with many of these Mandela Events is that only one individual remembers them happening differently, at least in many cases. I suppose it wouldn't be beyond the realm of possibilities that an experiment would affect everyone differently, and not affect many people at all.

The reason I ask is because two Mandela effect situations I've experienced in my own life can be traced back to 88/89 and I wonder if something didn't happen in that year. Or perhaps it's something specific to me.
