I might get some flack for saying this but have you tried sun gazing? I'm not sure if it could help because you have an astigmatism but it *may* be possible to improve, fix, or even flat out cure it. Not trying to give false hope but wanted to at least throw a possible thing you could try. If you end up considering it let me know and I'll get you the proper resources. Much Love ::hugs::

@MeditationSync I've read a bit about it. So I only have to gaze a few minutes whenever it's sunrise and sunset? I think I can do that. My greatest enemy tho is my bad memory lol. Just to be sure: What time is sunset and sunrise?

This is how I follow the protocol but I'll also post some links to the lecture. But the basics are this: You start Day 1 Sungazing for 10 seconds only. The time of day is no more than 1 hour after sunrise and no more than 1 hour before sunset. I highly suggest you look at multiple web sites to make sure you get the exact sunrise/set times in your area, they are very easy to find.....

Like you I have a bad memory so what I did was print a calendar with the sunrise/sunset times for my exact area. I also put in a daily alarm on my phone for when I was thinking of gazing. So if sunrise is 5:12 AM for Sept 10th then I make an a calendar alarm for that time and adjust it every day. It's a very simple way not to screw up. Just keep in mind sunrise/set changes day to day..usually not drastically but...

enough of a difference where you want to keep track because you don't wanna mess up your eyes. So once you start moving along all you do is increase looking at the sun everyday you gaze by 10 seconds. Gazing multiple times in one day will not make it work quicker and is highly discouraged. So stick to doing it 1 time per day and increasing by 10 seconds every day after. I'll also use an alarm to keep track of.....

how many seconds have gone by. Again the window is 1 hour after rise / 1 hour before set but I find the sweet spot to be in the first 30 to 40 mins of those time frames. It's easier and I find it even more enjoyable. Afterwards I go in for a short meditation and go about my day. You may find your appetite suppress, increased energy, vision improvements, less depression, more joy, etc. Sun is part food for us.....

Modern day people laugh at this but it's as real as it gets. Whatever you do just don't push it, follow the protocol and you will be rewarded no matter what, even if it doesn't fix your vision problem. It takes months, so just stay disciplined. If you miss a day because you overslept, forgot, it's cloudy, or whatever just stay on your current time. No need to reset if you miss a day or two.

Lastly when you do this you should go outside with no shoes/socks if possible and have your feet in the ground/grass. This helps ground you and helps the energy flow better. When I started sungazing, it was in the winter and I'll say this was the only part of the process that wasn't enjoyable. Other than that it was life changing for me. Do your own research as well on it but just make sure to follow the protocol
