Hang in best you can my friend - Best thing I can suggest is "reprogramming" yourself with positive affirmations, meditation, and getting out into nature as much as possible. I know you are going through a lot right now but if you can get outside into nature and incorporate those others things daily I promise in a few weeks your mental state will improve on some level. Affirmations = Minimum 20 Minutes Per Day (Listening & Repeating them Verbally Out Loud).
Meditation = 15 to 20 minutes 2x per day, 3 if possible.
Nature = Do this as often as possible but I'd start by going outside barefoot and putting your feet on the grass, beach, etc. Bare Minimum 15 mins.
In about 21 days you'll rewire your brain but expect to start feeling the effects within days.
Adding non gmo foods helps.
