welp if you cannot deprogram with professional deprogramming help then I suggest making a strict type time machine. It's expensive, but the designs aren't impossible. Prob around 100grand would do it.

when someone has serious energy blocks from trauma based programming even the strict time machines cause them to get worse. Still it can be dealt with by slowing increasing the time energy intensity. Why time machines heal people of disease and mental issues. So it can solve your problem and then psychic amplifier time machines will work for ya after that

It wasn't the Time-Travel per se that caused the psychosis, it was the huge amount of electromagnetic energy the sailors had to endure, on the top deck of the Eldridge DE173 in August 12th 1943 during the Philadelphia Experiment...You should also recall, due to the high energy EM waves, those sailors lost their innate "Time-Locks" that keeps everybody locked into this Universe/Dimension.

time lock is a psychic thing. Cuz time machines amplify psychic abilities and psychic abilities are controlled by the subconscious. Meaning if you're not prepared psychologically for psychic ability it will cause serious chaos. It's a half psychological/psychic thing and half physical.

EM energy doesn't cause time lock problems. It's the time energy in EM fields that do.
