I dont know which is the best way. But there are a lot of people in the world that can do it. So I think it is real. In contrast the religious books are written by one person. So that is only one experience. You have millions of experiences for the astral plane, that were made by millions of people, so that it is more certain.

That is a channel that a viewed a bit. I think he made good experiences and talked about different topics.
