Attracting aliens/ufos

So we know how aliens are able to attract humans easily. We see something weird; we approach it out of curiosity. Or just by random chance.

Now; by what means could a human or in another case; VERY psychically gifted human be able to attract aliens or ufos to their location? Say out in the middle of a field well away from civilization?

People say that aliens are telepathic; is it possible perhaps for a psychic to project their thoughts upward; as a beacon to attract aliens?

I know the idea sounds crazy but would it be worth a shot?

I believe that If you have had a expierence with a possible abduction that you can call them at will if you concentrate hard enough, but i do not believe there is anyway to "lure" them to you.

I suppose if you did have strong mental powers it would be possible to try to forcefully communicate with them givin the right techniques and practice.

Or you can sit in a empty field with 2 flash lights and wave them in the air while on in the back of your pick-up truck and hope that you see something ;)
