So, I'm sure you know that California is huge. Farmland does exist there. Have you ever tried to mow 10+ acres with a small, electric lawn mower?
No. Of course not. We use zero turn mowers and some farmers have to use a tractor. This California law is insane.

And ethnic studies? You mean "white man bad" brainwashing sessions?
 
Are they coming up with this because most people there already have electric cars?
 

Being a resident of California I can say that gas mowers will still be available for use. We will just order a lawnmower online from another state to bypass the state ban on sales of gas mowers. If you will also notice that the news article altered their reporting making the article fake news. The ban is on the sale of gas powered lawn mowers. Not on the use of gas powered mowers. And of course anyone with money can challenge the ban due to the fact that there is no credible science to support the ban. Mowers and other gas powered lawn equipment produce less emissions than an automobile and have no credible impact at all on the environment. Just like motorcycles which are considered to be far less polluting than automobiles.
