Without financing, market prices reflect actual demand. Does anyone really think that Harley Davidson would be selling $35,000 scooters if there wasn't any financing? I yearn for the day when housing prices are realistic and homes are purchased with cash. An end to debt is an end to slavery for most. Who is Tyler Durden?

Tyler Durden is my neighbor. I talked with some investor company and they seemed scared as if where they were at wouldn't last much longer and didn't feel confident enough putting anyone in the position to lead them into stocks and such, but continued on with it as they should becuase it is their job at the moment. The end seems to be near for those initial investments that we are used to at the moment. Some type of change is happening soon. I can feel it on the edge.
