Based on the young man's account, the alleged terrorist had issues with the U.S. government and its management of foreign policy issues.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #ccffcc">According to CBS News, Ammon also quoted Tamerlan as saying that the Bible is used as "an excuse for invading other countries."</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color: #ccffcc">"It seemed like he didn't have something against the American people," Ammon said, according to the Post-Dispatch.
