These cops are pure lying scum!! As soon as they discovered the guy had no knife on himself, the handcuffs should have been removed and the guy set free...But no, they continuously tried to intimidate the guy with unlawful threats if he refused to give his name!!...Even the unlawful threat of arrest if the guy came back to the same place again that night..
Personally, i believe the guy was racially profiled, plus the cops ego`s were very bruised as he stood firm and legally refused to give them his name...The cops LIED about the call coming in from a person regarding the guys appearance with a yellow football and carrying a knife had been seen in that area, or it was just a malicious phone call!!
