Exploring the paranormal

So I have been visiting historical and paranormal places for a few years now,
But decided to record some of our investigations, as my brother has captured some
great anomalous activity over our various adventures, However he never really edited it or made it available,
I am now looking at buying a portal to connect to my spirit box which will enable me to document clearer voices
being given out from my spirit box, Has anyone else used the portals , similar to Steve Huffs?
I think the amplifier will provide much better real time responses .
