Familiarity..

Don't know if this is in the correct sub...

About six months ago, I took a seven-hour bus ride to another province and had a very strange experience. Well, it actually occurred around five or six times on that journey.

Simply put, I saw many things that I had dreamed about over the last few years. They were familiar. I knew these places.

Nothing remarkable, just a house, a building, a stretch of road.

I would look out of the window on this long journey and see something I knew, or felt I knew.

But it shocked me, as I had never experienced this—Déjà Vu?—quite so intensely.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

In fact it was about 10 months, & this still stays with. me.

Does anyone have any insight as to why I had so many at one time?

Just to add, I was travelling to see my then girlfriend, so was excited, in a heightened state.

I have had this happen many times, the most recent one i was standing in our server room talking with someone and then i got this weird overwhelming feeling i have seen this before, like it literally just hit me, then i recalled i had a dream 10 years ago about this same exact scenario down to a T. From the tiles on the floor, to the location of the rack to even my boots.

I have had this happen a lot lately, where all of a sudden i will stop as if i walked into something and be like " I have seen this or been here before" and recall i dreamt about it.

What it is? No Clue, but it comforts me that i apparently am on the right path. But is also scary that it could already be written for me.
