Francesca's Power Q devices
may work with HDR's

Does anyone have any esteemed opinions to offer on these Q devices? I haven't heard any talk of them in these groups. Supposedly the claim is that its an intelligent device with plasma batteries/capacitors or something - not sure how they're supposed to work exactly but there's a few designs which are all open source and they've shown people touching live bare wires with tongues and dipping in water while plugged in etc & not being harmed - looks interesting. Something to do with vibration possibly?

Could this work as a Time Travel vortex with the HDR units?

"Intelligent" seems unlikely, but it depends on what they mean by that. Artificial intelligence normally refers to a kind of pseudo-intelligence rather than legit synthetic intelligence, for example our best computers still have less power than an amoeba (capable of originality and autonomy. )

The only things that comes to mind Prof, is that the letter Q would mean a government secret device...During World War 1 "Q ships" were used which were very old bad looking ships that were secretly heavily armed to fool the German submarine commanders into surfacing and attacking them..The thinking was that the Germans would never waste a torpedo on some old looking wreck, and you can imagine the surprise when suddenly the Q ship started firing at the subs causing them to sink! :LOL:

My other thought is that the letter Q meant a secret department within MI6 that made devices for their agents, as in the James Bond Movies..and remember that Ian Fleming the author of James Bond actually worked for Naval Intelligence during the second world war and was the brains behind several missions to help save secret agents working in France :)..

So it looks like we might never really know what Q stood for Prof :(
