Re: Future Humans Visit At Time Of Death REINCARNATION: Time travelers from the future rescue our DNA at the time of our passing, clean it up and remove the deterioration markers that age us and prepare a 22 year old cloned body for us. Then they rescue a complete imprint from our brain's electronic storage facility and transport it over to our new bodies. Instant reincarnation. Hey, it could happen. Even linear scientific progress over millions of years of human existence could produce a science at this level. However, our progress is exponetial, geometric and moving god awful fast. You guys will live to see breathtaking progress. My dad was born in 1899 and saw the automobile revolution, the entire history of flight and passed away believing that the sun rotated around the earth each day. I saw the space age dawn and the computer revolution. Aren't you amazed every time you use your instant message system? Of course not. Its a matter of course. We have come to rely on and expect instant communication. Cell phones are very Dick Tracy. And they are not the least amazing to us any more. Some day, one or two of you will go in for your regular rejuvination treatment and consider it a matter of course. Old age will become a thing of the past and dreaded as much as small pox or AIDS. Hang in there. Kurzweil says that if we can make it for 20 more years, science will give us an additional 20 healthy years. If we make it through those 20 science will give us another 40. So stay healthy, watch what you eat. Stop at one Apple Martini or one glass of wine. Eat lots of oatmeal by adding it to foods you like. I put a scoop in spaghetti sauce when I make it from scratch. It thickens nicely. I also make a fantastic oatmeal pancake recipe that includes a scoop of protein powder. Cayenne pepper and cumin spice (curry spice) also add to your thinking ability. If I make it another 20 years I'll be 84. Jack LaLane is about that age so it can be done. A friend of mine is 90 and comes down to the local pub with us for a martini every day or so. His quality of life is excellent. So don't assume that getting old is so horrible. Paul
