HDR Question: Witness Well

I don't know how it works, but it's used to focus and increase the accuracy of your target place and time while dialing the device.

For instance, if you wanna go to the old west, you might wanna put an old coin in the witness well.

Re-visit the Hieronymus section and read about the patent
and how the witness well works and other parts work.

It is not a time machine, but 75% of how the HDR works is
very close to how the Hieronymus works.

the witness well 6 bifilar winds at the bottom and 12 in the middle and six at the top some wind it differently I made my long bifilar twisted wire and wound it fully from top to bottom
