How to intensify astral projection and/or physical time travel?

I have a hemi-sync mp3 track. This was studied by the CIA.for astral time travel. This concept seems similar to the HDR without the machine,but takes longer to get results. I was wondering if there is a way to speed up the results of this to produce faster astral travels or to travel physicaly.
Can I surround myself with copper wires,bar magnets and quartz crystals while I'm listening to this? If I can find a vortex could I physically time travel with this?I attached photos below of this ? One picture is of the copper wires wrapped around the quartz crystals. The other pic is the copper wires without the quartz to make a circle with magnets attached and I would put the quartz next to the magnet. I would have this surrounding me while I listen.

You can also go to the Monroe institute site to look for it because you might want the original because they added focus 15 and 21 for even more time travel ability. The older one didn't have it. If you search hard you might find a newer one on the bit torrent with it added.
