Often when I ask people what they wish their superpower could be, they answer in a manner that is related to stopping time, to afford them the ability to travel, accumulate resources, etc. However, I often find this to be a misunderstanding of what time is. At its essence, time is the transfer of energy and the observable phenomenon of motion. If everything except you was frozen in time, could you even pick up a sandwich to eat it? Would you be able to bypass its stillness by transferring your own energy to it, thereby giving the sandwich itself energy? Or would it be equivalent to moving through a 2D environment where everything but yourself is static? Would the world around you be interactable if you were the only thing unfrozen?
I believe it would help to understand what a Spiral Time Stream is, as they exist in Spiral Galaxies and how that relates to Time Travel, Parallel Realities and the "Dead Space" between Parallel Realities. Reports indicate that sometimes when someone is temporarily kidnapped by extraterrestrials and returned, they at first find themselves in a "Dead Zone" between Parallel Realities, before the energy of the cosmos recalibrates and moves them to the proper position in their own Reality.
While temporarily in the "Dead Zone", one finds a lack of movement, in which the cinema of life has stopped at a certain point. Presumably, the human consciousnesses and other consciousnesses are not in the cinema at that point, between Parallel Realities, except for that individual who briefly finds himself there, until moved to the proper position, with the right frequency, in one's own Reality. I also believe it may be possible for someone, as consciousness, to flow to a position between Parallel Realities, to one's body there, in the cinema, and move forward in the cinema, from that point, for a time, if they have the technology or inherent ability to do so.
Despite that person's movement, within that cinema, it would be and probably seem like, to that individual, that they were interacting with a bunch of zombies, without human and other consciousnesses inhabiting the other bodies.
The CIA may have the technology to do that.
There is a story about some segment of the CIA, that was intent on sending someone's consciousness to the location of the President Kennedy Assassination, back on the Spiral Time Streams, a couple months after it happened, to find out what actually did happen.
They found someone who had been at the assassination site, who agreed to have their consciousness sent back there, to buy a camera at a nearby store, to take pictures of what happened and to put the camera in a secure location, where it could be retrieved later, by CIA agents.
Supposedly they did this and the consciousness of the person, probably a woman, was returned to her body in the Time Travel room, at the CIA facility.
For there is the movie of the strange woman running around frantically, taking pictures at the assassination site.
But that movie of the woman doing that, probably didn't exist, until after that segment of the CIA did their little experiment, to find out what actually happened.
Apparently, that segment of the CIA wasn't aware of the activities of George Herbert Walker Bush and other elements of the CIA, connected to the Kennedy Assassination. So, when they took their pictures to the Federal Government, to show what happened, the pictures were confiscated and they were ordered to give the federals any additional such pictures, if they had them and to never ever speak of this again, as a matter of national security.
Clearly, President Johnson, connected to the "Deep State" a dastardly criminal himself, knew exactly what was going on and never allowed the murder of Kennedy to be resolved.
To better understand Time Travel and Parallel Realities, consider the Philadelphia Experiment, alleged to have occurred in 1943 and it's reported connection to the Montauk Project in 1983 and to another incident in 1963.
According to Al Bielek, he and his brother were in charge of turning on and off the electrical apparatus, on the Navy ship, the USS Eldridge, in the experiment that was supposed to make the ship invisible to radar. Something much more drastic happened instead.
Some men became stuck in the metal of the ship, some became "electrified", with some type of strange fire or energy and there was havoc aboard ship.
Al and his brother weren't affected by this, in their location aboard ship, but they could see the chaos around them. They tried to turn off the apparatus that caused this, but it was stuck open. So they decided to jump overboard and swim for help. They never landed in the water. Instead, it was like they were falling down a long elevator, finally landing at the secret military base in Montauk, where a 40 year older version of Dr. John von Neumann, who had been in charge of the Philadelphia Experiment, greeted them and informed them that they needed to go back to the Eldridge in 1943 and destroy the electrical apparatus that caused this and restore equilibrium to the Space-time Continuum and convinced them to do so.
Another individual on the Eldridge, during the experiment, a certain Nazi officer who was somehow included in the experiment, also jumped overboard and landed in 1963, where he was taken by tall Sirian extraterrestrials, who told him that Germany lost the war and that they would send him to a more appropriate location, sitting him down in a chair and electrocuting him. Leaving his physical body, he was met by an angel, who told him it was time to reincarnate. He reincarnated as Stewart Swerdlow.
I never met him, but I did meet Al Bielek and Preston Nichols, who were involved with the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project, in seminars at the New Yorker hotel, many years ago, when they were still living. I even had some strange synchronicity with Preston Nichols, which I won't go into here, as this is overly long already.

This suggests to me that the distance between Parallel Realities on Earth is some derivative of 20 years, if not 20 years exactly and I believe that the normal direction of the flow of our little consciousnesses when we are not Time Travelling mentally or physically, would be outward from the center of the Milky Way, on its Spiral Time Streams.
Peter Moon, the publisher of Sky Books, whom I also know, may have more accurate data on some of these subjects than myself, as he knew the characters I've mentioned better than I did and these subjects are written about in the books published by Sky Books, of which Preston Nichols was also a publisher and author, before he passed away. Hopefully, Peter Moon is still living, around 72, like me, and the books are still available for further research.
