If you did rewrite history to any degree would you be responsible for what happened in the place of the previous?

Of course you would be responsible my old friend...For example, if "you" had stepped onto and killed a new and specific type of Queen ant that was capable of creating ants becoming the size of an average dog, you would have been responsible for saving the human race ..
