Immaculate Constellation is the United States Government's "secret" UFO program that was developed to recover and reverse engineer UFO's.
So much for it being secret, eh? Congress apparently didn't even know about it. Of course, there's a black sharpie through almost all the reports.
A joint hearing in Congress tries to pull the veil off the Pentagon's secret UAP/UFO recovery and reverse-engineering program.

The video in this article mentions some sightings,
including an orb coming out of the ocean.
I absolutely believe this is possible.
The oceans are vast and what with only about 6-7% of their area(s) mapped,
we have a long, long way to go.
Here is a mystery I was handed back in 2008. IRL.
An associate and I once did a reading on a lake I live close to as It was reported as having
"Something spiritually wrong."
My (then) associate had a much more accurate way of sight than I and started saying,
"there really is something there that shouldn't be.... A device of some sort....Complex.....Wait! It's gone!!"
Just like that, gone and It had moved in a blink and was no longer.
One of the locals claimed to have witnessed, "
Dead fish rising up from under his boat as he was midnight fishing/trolling for Northern Pike."
The claim was "a flashing object that moved under (him) while he was out near the North end". Scaring him.
The lake in question is called Little Elk Lake. It is only 15' deep at the deepest point but the North end
is where the Pike hang out because of the in-feed of a small river/creek.
I remembered an incident back in the 90's where I was pontoon riding with my entire family and
my (then) brother-in-law was testing out his new depth finder/fish locater.
It was working, showing the lake bed on a screen when it suddenly just shot to an
indeterminate depth but was about 20' wide, which is unfathomable for the lake itself.
I watched the thing suddenly hit a 'HOLE' that was impossible for that lake.
No such subterranean, underwater spring or inlet of any kind exists there on any map.

We went back to try to find it again and it was gone.
So decades later, when I received the report of an object coming out of the lake near the North end,
I jumped at the chance to investigate.
The center of the lake is the deepest at 15' and the lake itself is described as having a 'Muck Bottom'.
So, what was it? I don't know and I haven't thought of this since it was looked into.
Might this have actually been a submerged craft of some kind?
I wish I could borrow Titor for a day.
