Developing ambidextria can help, Yoga practitioners sometimes focus on that.Half mind/half brain? Does ambidextria have an advantage over those who aren’t ambidextrous? What stimulates little known areas of the mind?
Kriya Yoga is one of the best.
Breathing techniques, meditations and mantras(spoken or mental), as well as symmetrical hatha(physical) yoga is all part of that. Ultimately, the Ida(female) and pingala(male) energy or God Consciousness, that travels up and down the two opposite sides of the spine, energizing opposite lobes of the brain and sides of the mind, unite in the God energy or Consciousness, moving in the center of the spine, the Shushumna, energizing all the chakras in Christ Consciousness.
The intellect of the mind is integrated with the love of the heart, where the so called heart of gold comes from, when you mix the yellow ray of intellect with the pink ray of love. The heart has it's own intelligence.
Babaji Nagaraj, seemingly a derivative of Sanat Kumara, in God Consciousness, is a main progenitor of Kriya Yoga, presumably spending time in Etheric form in Shambhala, in the Etheric Realm inside the Hollow Earth. He sometimes manifests to people in this surface world. He works with the God conscious masters, such as Jesus, Mary, Saint Germaine, Gautama Buddha, etc.
Born in the year 203 in India, his two main gurus were God conscious, Agastyar, alleged to have lived over 30,000 years in a body, and God conscious Lao Tzu(also known as Bogar, Boganathar and Boyang), alleged to have lived over 12,000 years in a body. These beings don't age at all. If they want to leave physical or etheric form, they've been known to transform to a ball of light and disappear to wherever they are going.
