I hike...stepping over trees, climbing hills of leaves/natural mulch, ducking under branches, wading through leaves. I sometimes get my heart rate to the max. How is that not exercise?</p><p></p><p>If you've never used a 0 turn lawn mower, you don't know the amount of arm work involved and pushing that occurs to hold yourself</p><p>up when going up and down hills. I'm sore. I did it for 2.5 hours. I burned calories and my heart rate got high. </p><p></p><p>I disagree with you that I am not exercising enough. I can hardly move.
