I don't know, but I wouldn't want him near me....
Lots of the people he visits are already in a coma or just happy to see him without knowing why he is there....Oscars purpose imho is to alert the close families of those who will be passing over very soon, so they can say their final goodbyes to their loved onesI don't know, but I wouldn't want him near me....
