Project Pegasus is a conspiracy theory that claims the United States government has been involved in time travel and teleportation experiments since the late 1960s and early 1970s.
The project is also said to have included a "chronovisor," a device that could view past and future events. This technology was purportedly used to gather information from different time periods.
The time viewing technology in Paycheck may have been inspired by that chronovisor.

If it is in science fiction, it isn't a theory, it is an energetic permission slip to do it.
If its in science fiction, it's already real. Or it's already happened in the distant past.
This is how they program us to create the reality they want.
And yeah, the chronovisor is featured in several films and tv shows already. Not as many as some other tech like the "black goo", they were running permission slips on the "black goo" since the 60's knowing damn well that they intended to weaponize graphene for vaxeins.
