You know there ought to be an age limit on who can run for President. seriously....I mean this guy comes to office almost half as old as dirt and half the time cannot remember where he is...I do not like him but his health issues are not his fault....I have had a brother, mother-in-law and father-in-law pass away from complications due to dementia its not pretty....In a way I agree with Cruz and on the other hand Biden's health issues are not a leadership issue yet.
