Theories please.

Hi guys, we are having an issue at work, especially in the bathrooms. We think the entity has targeted my manager, and we can't figure out why. Take a look at the pictures and tell me what you think.

IMHO - I am not saying you don't have a ghost, but I personally do not see a ghost in the photos.
Bathrooms have many reflective surfaces. I don't like to sugar coat things, so don't be mad at me, please.
 

What could have caused a shine from a reflective surface here? I mean the tiles are not that shiny. And I saw a face in the previous one. Maybe I'm insane I don't know but I respectfully disagree.
 

And I'm not mad don't worry. We have seen a lot of apparitions there, chairs move around on their own, we will put them one place and when we come back into a room it's in another and all the staff will be in the warehouse. People are acting out of character, computers turn on by themselves and turn off while you are busy. The phones have loads of static while you talk on the phone. The radio gets a load of static and goes dead for a few seconds. It doesn't always happen every day. But we have all noticed these things.
 
You need to put in for hazard pay...seriously. Maybe put out a few cameras to catch what is going on...that is what I would do, except the bathroom as you might end up on the nightly news and not in a good way. Keep us posted.
 
Some cameras have an additional protective lens which is just a plain glass lens. That extra lens can introduce reflective images superimposed on your picture. That line of light on the bathroom door seems to move in the second picture. Just a reflection introduced by the camera.
 
The 1st photo shows what seems to be a 'streak' (about to upper left corner and across to lower left.)

2nd photo Has nearly exactly the same image..only bigger from about mid door (lower left)
and down to the right and to the floor from the same dark tile starting point as in the 1st.

3rd photo has the exact same lines as the 1st two but also has moved, along
with the angle of the photo..and stops at the flooring.

Even though the 1st has a 'close-up' of the light streak...I feel what this is
is called lens flaring...I've had many photos of my own that were exactly that as well.

Keep up with taking photos and get whomever is also aware to take them as well.
Keep trying and you never know just what could actually show up,
especially 'around' your manager.
