Well, he's supposedly the FIRST time traveller so I would imagine the technology is not quite there and his appearance is due to the primitive time travel technology being used in the 80's by the government. Supposedly by 2028 this method of transportation is known to the public. If that does occur in 2028, then we'll know these videos to be evidence.

This Phone thing. Wouldn't they need satellites and cellphone towers to even work??? Unless they just use radio waves in the far future instead of towers and satellites, Which then it is definitely possible. HMMMMM??? lol
