We are traveling into the future all the time, at the rate of seconds at a time, and we know thanks to relativity that as we approach the speed of light time around us speeds up though for the speeding object it slows down. If we dont need a machine to travel into the future at the rate we already do why would we need one to travel back?

You may also be aware of the theory that antimatter is simply normal matter traveling backward in time, and it exists in nature without the use of a machine. I'm not sure that'll help much here though.

Last night I actually had an experience that I don't know whether was an LD or an OBE. It felt like both. My body was tingling and I felt myself flying out of my body. Then I had a LD. I'm starting to think that a LD and an OBE may be one in the same thing.
